Where's the Wand? is the third episode of the Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts. It is the only Oh Yeah! Cartoons episode to not re-air on the actual show.

Plot
While Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda are playing games, Wanda's wand accidentally ends up with Vicky. She uses Wanda's wand as a prop for her fairy costume at her high school costume party. Timmy must get back the wand since it is granting Vicky's wishes.

Vicky has Wanda's lost wand.
When Vicky is babysitting Timmy, she feels impatient that his parents are late... already by ten minutes. Mr. and Mrs. Turner come inside and thank Vicky for babysitting Timmy that night. They say that a meeting took longer than expected. A sprinkler, which they wear on their heads, splashes water on Vicky. Mrs. Turner said that tonight is the costume dance in Vicky's school. Vicky dresses as a fairy godmother. Mr. Turner gave her a box of emergency costume kit. Mrs. Turner asked how Timmy was. Vicky said that he's been playing in his room all night.
Inside his bedroom, Timmy is playing pirates with Cosmo and Wanda. Cosmo is "Green Beard the Pirate". Timmy jumps the plank over Cosmo. He uses a sword to cut the rope that tied him. Timmy asked, "Where's Wanda?" Cosmo said that she is probably getting dressed. Wanda poofed beside Cosmo and asked how she looked. Next he screamed and said, "I’m blind!" because both his eyes were covered by 2 eye patches! Wanda said that Cosmo should get rid of one eye patch. While they are all fighting with their swords, Timmy hit Wanda's wand. It flew out the window and fell into the box which Vicky held. Cosmo said that if the wand is in the wrong hands, that could cause disaster! Timmy said, "I wish the wand back." Wanda magically poofed causing the book of Da Rules to appear and it said that whoever has the wand has control over it. So they can't wish it back. Wanda said that as long as Vicky has the wand, she can grant her own wish plus the wishes of others! Timmy said that they must go to the dance, so Cosmo poofed them to Dimmsdale High School.. Meanwhile, Vicky also arrives at the dance. She fels happy that she found a wand in the box, to complete her costume, so that she can win the contest. Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda were riding in the pumpkin carriage which Cinderella rode on. Cosmo stopped and the carriage hit him on the back. Timmy asked why they dressed him up in Cinderella costume. Timmy asked if they could make him dressed manly. Cosmo poofed a toilet.
The costume party was being held inside the High School's gym. Vicky was not happy about the food in the party and a boy beside him said that he wished it was hot dogs and pizza. POOF! Wanda tries to get the Wand under the plate of fruits but was electrified because of the granting of the wish. It landed on top of table. Vicky's dress was splattered with sauce. Vicky went to the washrooms, past the people who fell asleep because of a boring band playing. Vicky said, "I wish the band was rock and roll." It electrified Timmy, who was trying to get the wand. POOF! Then some freshmen girls came rushing out, stepping on Vicky. Cosmo was waiting in the hallway to distract Vicky, then Vicky passed by and Cosmo was ignored. Cosmo zipped past Vicky and poofed himself as a hunky man. This got Vicky's attention. Cosmo asked if she wants to dance. This caused Vicky to be love struck and faint. Wanda came back and reprimanded Cosmo for flirting with Vicky. Then Vicky went inside the washroom and washed the stain away. Cosmo then danced with Wanda to win her affections back. Soon Vicky heard the announcement of the winner for the best dress costume. Vicky went out of the washroom and Cosmo spun Wanda hitting Vicky. She let go of the wand which went flying into Wanda's hand. Cosmo and Wanda won the contest and they then said thanks to Vicky without her dress.
