This show is a parody of the real-life comic strip and cartoon Peanuts created by the late Charles M. Schulz, and more specifically, A Charlie Brown Christmas. The difference between the actual special and the parody was it was based on the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. In this show, the main character was Chuckie Black, a parody of Charlie Brown, the main character of Peanuts. Also, like Peanuts, all of the adults are unseen and speak in inaudible gibberish to the audience, with only the show characters seeming to understand them. The "Great Menorah" is also a reference.
This show is the sixth show visited in "Channel Chasers", after Timmy Turner wished for a Magic TV Remote that allowed him to travel through television as if the programs were real worlds. This is the first show Timmy visits with his fairies, Cosmo and Wanda, who accompany him into television after he decides to run away from home using the magic remote in order to stay as a kid forever and keep his fairies.
Upon arriving inside the Walnuts program, Timmy danced and interacted with a few characters, but when one of the kids fainted, police flooded the party with tear gas, and Timmy left the program after becoming fed up with adults ruining his fun yet again.
