Vicky Loses Her Icky is the 10th episode of Season 4.

Plot

Timmy wishes for Vicky to be nice. It works, and Vicky is the nicest person of all time. But all that evil has to go to someplace and it does! Dad and Principal Waxelplax are each taken over by the evil bug. But the evil bug has a bigger target in mind and the fate of the free world may well be at stake! Who can stop it?

Timmy's latest thought turns into his latest wish: He wishes that Vicky was nice. In the beginning, it turns out nice, but it also turns out that the root of Vicky's evil was a bug up her butt. But after the bug crawls out, it has to go somewhere else, in which it travels to Timmy's dad and Principal Waxelplax. Timmy must stop it before it goes to the president!
