Vicky is a guest character and the main antagonist of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. She is portrayed by Mary Kate Wiles.
Vicky eventually retires from being Timmy Turner’s babysitter and takes a job at Dimmsdale Jr. High as a teacher. On her first day, she stumbles upon Crocker's secret lair and takes over his role as Dimmsdale's crazy fairy conspiracy theorist. Vicky holds a personal grudge against Viv for being Timmy's cousin and Roy for being Viv's stepbrother.
Biography[]
Early life[]
During The Fairly OddParents!, Vicky is Timmy's evil babysitter and one of the main antagonists of the series. She loves money and enjoys making children miserable.
Season 1[]
"The Forbidden Phrase"[]
Vicky is first seen on Viv's cellphone while she’s scrolling through ClikClok. As Viv is watching videos with the "Monkey" song, she comes across one of Vicky dancing.
"Vicky's Best Friend"[]
While the "After-School" song is happening, Vicky cuts it short by interrupting the chorus, asking them why they're singing. Vicky gives both Roy and Viv detention before laughing and leaving. To prove that Vicky isn't evil and is just lonely, Viv wishes that the next person Vicky sees is her best friend right before Vicky walks in looking for her phone. Vicky declares Viv her "best fram" before cancelling homework and going on a week long friendship montage with Viv. After Roy wishes he was Vicky's best friend so that he can prove she's evil, he has his own week long montage with her. Roy and Viv soon find the Crocker Cave in Vicky's classroom where she reveals that she's obsessed with fairies and in love with Mister Crocker. She believes that Timmy had fairy godparents, because she remembered some weird things happening when she babysat him, saying she could swear she was a snake. When she realizes Viv is Timmy's cousin, she adds Viv's name right below Timmy's on her "fairy wall". After Viv and Roy try to leave, Vicky attempts to stop them, getting into a "good old fashioned tug-of-Roy" with Viv. After losing to Viv and Roy's boys, Vicky gets thrown into the Crocker Cave right before Roy wishes that he was no longer her friend and that she was never friends with him or Viv ever again. When she comes out, Vicky questions why the "twerps" were in her classroom and why she was dressed like Roy before declaring that it had to be the work of fairies. After kicking the kids out, she adds Roy's name to the fairy wall and says to Crocker's picture that they're closer to getting him out of the Dimmsdale Psychiatric Hospital and wishing for a two-bed half-bath condo with an air fryer in Rancho Cucamonga.
"The Most Popular Person"[]
Vicky introduces herself to Viv on her first day of school before giving her detention for littering on school grounds. When Viv points out that Vicky was the one who popped the balloon, she shouts that it isn't her problem before calling her a twerp and saying she's going to be "off the charts unpopular". Later, she says that getting rid of Buddy the dog is something even she wouldn't do before immediately tripping a student. Buddy bites her butt, and Vicky leaves with him saying they'll go to the farm Viv was sending him to. When the kids make a collective sad 'aww', Vicky yells at them to shut up.
"The Show Off"[]
Vicky trips over a microscope in the bathroom and accuses Viv of leaving it in there and having fairies. After Viv denies it, Vicky says that she's watching her before limping away. In the action-series parody "Dimmsdale High", Vicky is the villain and has Roy taped to a rocket that will send him to "Jupiter's stankiest moon" so that he'll be forced to call for Cosmo and Wanda so she can steal them. She has an action sequence with Zina and loses. When Zina kicks her to make sure she isn't dead, she farts.
"Back to the Scooter"[]
Vicky barges into the Turner residence and reveals that she got covered in jelly that Roy had left all over the school gym after filming a video. She cancels the school dance before leaving and laughing evilly. She falls into a bush outside the home, continuing the bush gag.
"Fairies Away! Part 1"[]
At the beginning of the episode Vicky is grading papers with her "F-Stamp" that is quickly turned into an "A-Stamp" due to one of Viv's wishes. She declares the stamp to be totally useless and that it must be the work of fairies. She's later seen in the Crocker Cave watching Viv's talk show on a tablet, suspicious as to how she got one so quickly and that she either had an aunt in the business or that it was the work of fairies. After seeing Dustan Lumberlake perform, a magic meter in the Crocker Cave goes off, causing Vicky to contact Mister Crocker and find out the next steps of the plan. He tells her about the mind control devices he developed and had her put them on the Turner parents, who she then makes steal the fairies from Roy and Viv. After getting Cosmo and Wanda, she tells Crocker, who decides to break out of DPH. After inquiring over whether or not he had been able to do that this whole time, she is quickly distracted by Crocker telling her to look at a bird.
"Fairies Away! Part 2"[]
Vicky celebrates her success by dancing with a mind controlled Ty Turner and Rachel Raskin. When Crocker arrives from DPH, Vicky tries to greet him with a hug before being rebuffed and beginning the musical number Master Plan (song). She finds Viv hiding from an angry mob in a tree outside of her classroom and saves her from them by sending them to the other side of town. She lures Viv into her classroom with the promise of Shakespeare illustrated magazines before introducing Crocker to her. She and Crocker tie Viv up and tell her their master plan, including the fairy mind control devices and how he planned to use them to take over Fairy World. When Roy comes to save Viv, Vicky says that he won't be saving her and refers to Crocker as her boyfriend. Viv tries to tell Vicky that Crocker doesn't like her all that much, and Vicky gets defensive and storms out of the room to check her texts for proof. When Roy attacks her with a laser whip, Vicky takes Cosmo and Wanda's wands and wishes herself into being a fire demon. She attacks Roy and Viv, knocking the both of them unconscious. When they regain consciousness she attacks them again, losing this time. When Roy kicks her to make sure she isn't dead, she farts.
Personality[]
Vicky is a cruel and unkind person who takes joy in making children miserable. She trips students for fun and gives detentions for reasons she makes up. She's obsessed with fairies and Mister Crocker to an unhealthy degree.

Family[]
Vicky's family never appears in the series, and it is unclear as to what her current relationship with them is. Since her calendar says that she does everything alone, it is likely that she is not on speaking terms with them.

Denzel Crocker[]
While Vicky is madly in love with Crocker because of how evil he is, Crocker has no interest in Vicky besides using her to achieve his goals of getting the fairies and taking over Fairy World. She wants to get a two-bed half-bath condo with an air fryer in Rancho Cucamonga with him and refers to him as her boyfriend.
Friends[]
Viv Turner[]
In Vicky's Best Friend Viv wishes that the next person Vicky saw would become her best friend. They continue to be friends through a montage where they go biking in "Dimmsdale's historically inaccurate Paris town", eat lunch together at school, play volleyball and sing karaoke at a sleepover. She stops being friends with her when Roy wishes he was Vicky's best friend instead.
Roy Raskin[]
In Vicky's Best Friend Roy wishes he was Vicky's best friend to stop Viv from having to do so and to prove that Vicky's actually evil. They go on a week long friendship montage, doing things like biking and singing karaoke at a sleepover while Roy tries to get her to yell at an iguana. At the end of the episode, he wishes that they weren't friends and that neither he nor Viv would ever be any sort of friend to Vicky again.

Timmy Turner[]
Vicky used to be Timmy's babysitter and thinks he's a twerp. She thinks he has fairy godparents and has several vague memories of some of his wishes[2]. such as being turned into a snake in the pilot.
Viv Turner[]
Vicky hated Viv initially on principle of being a student and a twerp, but in Vicky's Best Friend she realizes that Viv is Timmy's cousin and decides that means Viv has fairies too. After that, she is convinced that Viv has fairy godparents and is determined to prove it and capture the fairies.
Roy Raskin[]
Vicky appears to have hated Roy before the series even began, presumably because he's a student and she thinks kids are twerps. After the events of Vicky's Best Friend she believes that he has fairies and adds his name to her fairy wall. She seems to hate Roy less than she hates Viv.
Physical appearance[]
Vicky has red hair she keeps in a bun and blue eyes. She usually wears green. When friends with Viv and Roy, she dresses similarly to them.
