• The title of this episode is a reference to how Viv wishes the first person Vicky sees would be her best friend, which was Viv.
• This marks the second episode in the series to have a character's name in the title, with the first being "King Roydas".
• Cassidy's MPP poster is seen as reading "Not Singing Is Gross"
• It is shown that at Dimmsdale Junior High School, the huge clock has a wall crank, meaning anyone can turn the clock backward or forward to get out of school.
  • This is seen when Vicky turns back time to give Viv detention.
  • It is seen again when Vicky turns time forwards during her week long friendship montage with Viv.
• Viv gets detention for a "reasonable" thing ("striking a teacher during school hours" after she places a hand on Vicky's shoulder), but Roy doesn't. Vicky gives him detention for annoying her, sticking up for other people and being popular during school hours.
