Tyler "Ty" Turner[1] is a main character in the first season of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. He is portrayed by Ryan-James Hatanaka.
This handsome dad can be overly confident and somewhat oblivious but he means well. An expert ballroom dancer, Ty lives to dance and fits perfectly in Dimmsdale. He and Vivian uprooted their lives to move there, but he can’t wait to get the ballroom dance studio going with his high school sweetheart, Rachel, and their newly merged family.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Ty dated Rachel Raskin back in high school but they broke up. He had a daughter with another woman but after many years got back together with Rachel, got married and they moved in together in Dimmsdale.
Season 1[]
When he and Viv first arrive to the Turner Residence, he asks her if he should apologize for, "reconnecting with his high school sweetheart [last week], marrying her on a whim, quitting his job, selling their home in Oldburg and moving to Dimmsdale to live with them." He states that he will apologize because it was nuts. It’s then said that he told Viv they were moving to a nice, quiet farm with animals and lots of books but he tells her he lied because he knew she would show up, scream "No!", and jump into the bushes, as she previously did.[1]
Ty and Rachel own a dance studio together and participate in many community town events like parades. Throughout the season, Ty bonds more with his stepson, Roy.

Ty is a handsome and well put together man. He can be a little oblivious when it comes to his daughter. He also likes to ballroom dance.

Viv Turner[]
Viv is Ty's daughter. They have a good relationship, though she’s embarrassed by his dancing.
Roy Raskin[]
Roy is Ty's stepson.
Rachel Raskin[]
Rachel is Ty's new wife and high school sweetheart. They had broken up at a school dance in the 1990's but years later they reunited, got married and he and Viv moved into her house with her and her son, Roy. They own a dance studio called Fancy Dance Dance Studio.

Ty is a middle-aged Caucasian man with thick black eyebrows, green eyes, an oval shape face and black hair. His height is average with a height of 6’0.
