"Turning into Turner" is the thirty-third episode of Season 9.
Plot[]
"Using Timmy's DNA, Crocker pretends to be Timmy from the future."
Synopsis[]
Mr. Crocker announces to his pet raven, Dwayne, that he has finished building his Turner-Me-into-Turner-ator, a DNA replicator he will use to disguise himself as Timmy and get access to his fairy godparents. He needs DNA from Timmy for the replicator to work. When one of Timmy's teeth falls out six months later, Crocker comes to his bedroom at night dressed as the Tooth Fairy to get it, but the real Tooth Fairy catches him and beats him up. At school, Crocker forces Timmy to chew gum and spit it out, then leaves to put the gum on the DNA machine. As Crocker is about to use the machine to merge with Timmy's DNA, Mrs. Crocker, who is having an allergic reaction to Dwayne, contaminates the gum by sneezing on it. The machine ends up turning Crocker into a cross between Mrs. Crocker and Timmy.

Crocker becomes fused with his mother's and Timmy's genes.
Crocker comes up with a new plan. He visits Timmy's house and introduces himself as Timmy from a week into the future, then walks off to use the bathroom. Curious to know if he will become ugly, Cosmo summons his own future self, who proves himself by showing that Cosmo gets a driver's license in the future. Since Cosmo is blinking in his license photo, he and future Cosmo go to get it retaken; Wanda tags along to see how Cosmo got a license in the first place. When Crocker returns, Timmy offers to do anything to not become like him. Crocker uses this as opportunity to torture Timmy with humiliating errands: among other things, he makes Timmy dress as a chicken and feed him waffles and prune juice.
The two Cosmos are told at the Fairy World DMV that they will have to redo their road test to retake their photo. The Cosmos drive recklessly through the streets. Wanda poofs away every obstacle to stop them from crashing, and by doing so accidentally helps Cosmo pass the test.
While covering the Crocker Cave in peanut butter while dressed as a ballerina, Timmy spots Crocker's plan to impersonate him written on a chalkboard. He realized he has been tricked, at which point the DNA replicator poofs away to his room—Crocker has discovered Sparky is a fairy dog (Sparky had gotten a high score in Angry Nerds, which Crocker says is impossible for a "mere mortal") and has made him poof the machine to Timmy's room so he can turn himself into a fairy with Sparky's DNA. Timmy uses Dwayne to fly back to his room, but not in time to stop Crocker from using the replicator. Just after Crocker activates the machine, the two Cosmos crash their car into the room. The car hits the machine, which makes it turn Crocker into a car.
Cosmo sees that even though he did not blink in his new driver's license photo, his future self still did; taking Timmy's suggestion, the two use Crocker to go retake their test again.
