Trivia

  • The title is similar to the Oh Yeah! Cartoons episode "Too Many Timmys!" or the book "Too Many Turners".
  • This episode marks the first time since "Invasion of the Dads" where the Dad clones appear in an episode as well as their last appearance in the series.
  • This is the last episode Tuck Tucker worked on, and his final directing credit overall before his death in December 2020.
  • This is the last episode where Dee Bradley Baker provides his voice.
  • This is the eighth episode in Season 9 where Denzel Crocker is absent.
  • Shallowgrave returns for the first time since Season 5's "Operation F.U.N."
    • This is also his last appearance in the series.
  • Timmy's example law making every day Christmas might be a reference to the episode "Christmas Everyday!"
  • Timmy has now duplicated four members of his family: himself, Sparky, Mr. Turner, and Mrs. Turner.
  • This episode reveals that Cosmo does not have a birthmark on his butt.
  • This episode reveals that unlike regular fairies (Cosmo, Wanda, Poof), fairy dogs (Sparky) can be cloned.
  • There are 41 Timmys on the title card.
  • One of the Timmy clones' wishes is a vehicle that looks nearly identical to Ms. Doombringer's fairy hunter mobile, complete with a butterfly net on the back.
  • Unlike in "Add-a-Dad", the animals on the Planet of the Dads do not have Dad-like faces in this episode.
  • The Dads in the episode have the following jobs and costumes:
    • President
    • Vegetable taster
    • Being chased by a bear
    • Cowboy
    • Grim Reaper
    • Merman
    • Alligator dentist
    • Mariachi
    • Nose hair stylist
    • Baker
    • Lingerie model
    • Surfer
    • Fireman
    • Mailman
    • Baseball catcher
    • Knight
    • Wizard
    • Mime
    • Ballerina

Running Gags

  • Cosmo (or Shallowgrave) mistaking someone or something with a pink hat for Timmy and saying "You're blowing my mind."
  • Deadbeat Dad playing air guitar and Timmy reminding him that no one else can hear it.

Goofs

  • Timmy asked how he can get back to the Planet of the dads without magic, but there was Sparky, who can actually use magic. This can also cause trouble because Timmy wished for a Sparky for every other Timmy.
  • Timmy says he needs a way to get to the Planet of the Dads without magic, neglecting that he still has Sparky to magically take him there (though Sparky is in a hot tub in this scene and "Gone Flushin'" reveals that he cannot use his magic tail when it is wet).
  • It is not explained how Shallowgrave became a truant officer again after getting fired between "Go Young, West Man!" and "Operation F.U.N."
  • On the view through Shallowgrave's bionic eye, the number 540,000 has its comma misplaced, so instead it looks like "54,0000".
