Timothy "Timmy" Tiberius Turner is a minor character in the first season of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. Timmy is portrayed by Caleb Pierce.
Timmy is a young adult, who entrusts his cousin to his fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, to help her adjust to her new world.

Timmy Turner was just your average 10-year-old boy. He had Vicky as a babysitter, who in Wanda's words was the worst babysitter he ever had. At some point in his life he would become the godson of Cosmo and Wanda having many adventures in the process both good and bad until Timmy would turn 18 reaching his teens.
Season 1[]
"Cake, Dance, & Solid Gold Pants"[]
In his bedroom, after seeing a video that compiles all the adventures that he and his Fairy God Parents had in his childhood's time, Timmy tells Cosmo and Wanda that they were the best Fairy Godparents he had ever had, to which Wanda asks him what he means by this. He tells the pair that he's going off to college and informs them that they aren't coming with him, much to their dismay. This sparks a conversation about his cousin, who Wanda calls a mess. Timmy tells Cosmo and Wanda that his uncle Ty is moving to Dimmsdale with Viv and that he needs the fairies to stay in Dimmsdale and help her. Wanda then tells Timmy that he can't just give herself and Cosmo away as it is against the rules. He tells her that he knows and he already asked Jorgen Von Strangle, who advocated for it saying that it was okay for Timmy to give Cosmo and Wanda away, as long as no one else witnessed it. Wanda calls Timmy's bluff and tells him Jorgen would never approve, but it seems like he did because Timmy brings out a permission scroll and while playing Zombie Unicorn Attack, Jorgen states that Timmy can "give them away, as long as no one sees them." Timmy commemorates Cosmo and Wanda on how good they did with him, telling that Viv is going to need them as much as he did. Wanda proposes that they go and meet Viv and Timmy tells them to get into his backpack as Roy had texted him about Viv's surprise party. Cosmo states that Viv does sound like a mess due to her not liking surprise parties, but Timmy rebuttals saying that she's not a mess, she just doesn't like attention.[1]

Viv Turner[]
Viv is Timmy's cousin. They seem to have a good relationship. When Timmy heard his cousin was moving into the city, he was worried about her and asked Wanda and Cosmo to be her new godparents.
Ty Turner[]
Ty Turner is Timmy's Uncle. They are seemingly on good terms, as Timmy is very close to Viv.
