Tootie is welcomed into the fairy family at the end of Grow Up, Timmy Turner!
Timmy's Fairy Family (Live Action) is the live action version of Timmy's Fairy Family, taking place 13 years after the events of the animated series, in which Timmy Turner is 23 years old. It is a joint-family consisting of the Timmy, Cosma/Fairywinkle family, and Tootie, together.

In the film, Grow Up, Timmy Turner, Timmy grows up and falls in love with Tootie, but is allowed to keep his fairies through a loophole in Da Rules. Tootie also discovered the fairies and was allowed to retain her knowledge of them, presumably under the same guidelines as a normal godchild.
Together, the family founds "Wishful Thinking", a business they use as a disguise to travel the world and use magic to make it a better place.
It's unclear what will happen with the future of this family after the events of A Fairly Odd Summer, where Timmy becomes a fairy and Cosmo, Wanda and Poof are assigned as the new fairies of Marty and Mitzie.
Unlike the animated series, both Sparky and Chloe Carmichael are entirely absent from the live action canon, as they were both introduced into the animated series after the Live-Action Movies.
