The Time Scooter is a magic scooter that allows time travel to a set destination period.

Information[]

The time scooter, the series own signature time travel device, is used frequently by Timmy Turner, either to mess with things in the past to prevent something from happening to him in the future, to find out a past mystery, or to do historic research for school, in many cases causing disastrous consequences to the time stream.

Description[]

It is an all-white scooter with a clock in the front where a headlight normally would be. Under the handlebars is a control pad for setting in the time destination. In its appearance in Fairly Odder, it is now pink.

Background[]

The time scooter first appeared in Father Time!. After Timmy Turner melted his father's prized trophy using Heat Vision, he was punished and forced to remain in his room. Cosmo suggested Timmy go back in time to keep his dad from winning the trophy in the first place. To do this Timmy wished for the Time Scooter and went back in time to the 1970's when Timmy's dad won the trophy. His plan worked, but it backfired on him since that created a dystopian future when his dad became a dictator. Timmy then undid his changes to return the future back to normal.

The scooter then appeared again in The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker! where Timmy used it to go back in time to see what made Crocker the miserable man he was today. The scooter also makes a cameo in Escape from Unwish Island, Timmy was looking in his closet for wishes that he hasn't wished away, and he found his Shrink Suit and Time Scooter. Unfortunately, when he sat on the scooter, it quickly exploded and fell apart, and Cosmo sheepishly admitted that he played with the device while Timmy was at school. In The Big Bash, the Time Scooter played a bigger role. Several other kids were also seen with time scooters. While looking for the items on the Cupid's scavenger hunt list, Timmy had to go to several different periods of time, including back when the dinosaurs still roamed the Earth.

It returns again in The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder, when Ty and Rachel refuse to host Roy and Viv's school dance at their dance studio. Wanda and Cosmo poof in The Time Scooter, allowing the kids to alter the past in 1996 as they attempt to change their minds.
