The Milkman is a giant robot that Timmy wished for to make Cosmo feel like a superhero again in Super Zero.

Milkman was controlled by Timmy, he squirts all sorts of flavored milk, regular, chocolate, and eggnog, and uses cow udders, but when he got zapped by some power lines, the robot took control of himself, and climbs a building, and was easily defeated when Cosmo put a cork in the bottle.
