The Fourth Wand was the last of the Wishology Wands. It was not a real wand, just a crude illustration by Cosmo.

After Timmy Turner had successfully collected the three other Wishology Wands and fulfilled his destiny in stopping The Darkness, this wand was then shown in the Cave of Destiny at the end of the prophecy mural. However, it is revealed by Cosmo that he just drew it there, and that there is not really a fourth wand to collect.
