The April 23, 2004, episode of the MTV series Total Request Live featured a segment in which one of the hosts, Quddus, attempted to interview Cosmo, Wanda and Timmy. The segment was later released on the School's Out!: The Musical DVD.

The same episode also had different hosts interview the Powerpuff Girls and Stewie Griffin from Family Guy.

• Quddus: Ey, guys, I'm here in Dimmsdale. And my next guests have amazing magical powers, entertain millions, and don't need white tigers to do it.
• Cosmo: (to the white tigers he is holding) Sorry, guys. You're fired. (the tigers disappear)
• Quddus: Please welcome the stars of Nickelodeon's megahit show The Fairly OddParents, Cosmo, Wanda and Tommy!
• Timmy: Timmy!
• Quddus: Whatever. Congratulations on the enormous success of your show.
• Cosmo: Thanks, Lenny Kravitz! (to Timmy) I just love his work.
• Quddus: You know, TRL's seen its fair share of feuds—Lindsay and Hilary, Britney and Christina—but they all pale in comparison to the problems with your babysitter, Vicky. Where does this beef come from?
• Timmy: Well, Quddus, just like Christina, Vicky is an evil...
• Wanda: Timmy!
• Quddus: Wanda, let me ask you...
• Cosmo: Hey! Why are you talking to her? Are you hitting on my wife?
• Quddus: Naw, 'course not!
• Wanda: Why? I'm not pretty enough for you? (sarcastically) Nice. Glad I poofed in for this.
• Timmy: (flinging Cosmo and Wanda away) Hey! Come on! Let me talk! I'm the star! It's all about me, me, me!
• Quddus: Okay, Terry!
• Timmy: It's Timmy!
• Quddus: Scotty! Anyway, Wanda...
• Cosmo: Ah! There you go again! I'm right over here, buddy!
• Quddus: Okay, this is a question for both of you: As fairy godparents, you have to grant other people's wishes. If you two could wish for something for yourselves, what would it be?
• Cosmo: That you stop hitting on my wife!
• Wanda: That Cosmo would work out more!
• Cosmo: What are you talking about? I can totally bench my own weight! (he poofs up a barbell, then grabs it and falls into the floor. Wanda flips the barbell away with one finger)
• Quddus: (to Wanda) Wow, you're pretty strong!
• Cosmo: Okay, that's it! Take this! (poofs up a box of chocolates in Quddus's hand) And this! (poofs "I ♥ Wanda" onto Quddus's shirt) And this! (poofs up a teddy bear in Quddus's other hand)
• Wanda: (infatuatedly to Quddus) Ooh! Hi. I'm Wanda.
• Cosmo: Wow. That didn't go the way I'd hoped.
• Quddus: Cosmo, why you gettin' jealous? You're incredibly cool. And I'm diggin' that green hair. (Cosmo flings Wanda away)
• Cosmo: (infatuatedly) Ooh! Hi. I'm Cosmo.
• Quddus: Is it natural?
• Cosmo: You bet! (poofs his shirt away, revealing his green armpit hair) And if you wanna see more, I can show you my back hair!
• Quddus: Okay, well, that's gonna do it for now. Thanks, Cosmo. Thanks, Wanda. And thank you, Tony!
• Timmy: That's Timmy!
• Quddus: Whatever. Let's throw it back to the studio.
