The Chamberlains are Mr. and Mrs. Turner's British neighbors. They live in a castle-like house with a moat.
Characters[]
Like the rest of the neighborhood, the Chamberlains dislike the Turners due to their weirdness and lack of popularity, as well as thinking that they were vampires.
Description[]
They have the stereotypical regimental British accent and the stereotypical "crooked" teeth of Britain. The husband wears a green frock coat, and slightly resembles Sherlock Holmes, while the wife wears clothes similar to Mary Poppins.
Background[]
The Chamberlains only appear in "Fairy Friends & Neighbors!", where they are seen living across the street from the Turners. When they are approached by the Turner parents to join them in watching a boring opera, the Chamberlains quickly flee back into their castle-like home and raise their draw bridge over their alligator-infested moat, something that the Turners remark is new. However, after Timmy Turner throws an awesome party at his house, the Chamberlains thought differently of the Turners and considered them cool.
The Chamberlains do not appear in the series again after their first appearance.
Trivia[]
- The spot normally occupied by the Chamberlain's house is occupied by the Cake 'N' Bacon restaurant in "Vicky Loses Her Icky".
