  • This episode premiered first in Latin America on March 29, 2010.
  • Even though Mr. Turner said he named the Everleady, the name was already on the pencil when Timmy wished for it. This might have due to Mr. Turner's stupidity.
  • This is the first appearance of Pencil Nexus. Its next appearance was Manic Mom-Day.
  • At the beginning, to replace Timmy, Mr. Turner decided to rent a kid and take him to work.
  • This episode was going to air with Teacher's Pet but it aired with He Poofs He Scores instead.
  • A scene in this episode is seen in the preview for Meet the OddParents.
  • Mr. Turner apparently lost his previous job shown in previous episodes since he now works in Pencil Nexus.
  • Even though Mr. Ed Leadly was in the episode, this is the first episode in the series that he actually spoke. The other one is I Dream of Cosmo.

Allusions

  • Eveready - The Everleady's name is a reference to Eveready batteries.
  • Justin Timberlake - At one point in the episode, Mr. Ed Leadly put Timberlake instead of Turner on Mr. Turner's desk, which is a nod to singer and actor, Justin Timberlake.
  • Pennsylvania - Mr. Turner asks Timmy if he was going to have holidays in "Pencilvania" which is a reference to the U.S. state, Pennsylvania.
