Mr. Turner as a secret agent

Mr. Turner wakes up the next morning dressed as a secret agent. Sparky appears on a monitor and introduces himself as Chief Sparky, the leader of a spy agency. He tasks Mr. Turner with taking Timmy to school without being stopped by F.O.E. (Forces of Evil). F.O.E. agents first confront Mr. Turner in the kitchen; he disarms them with a laser gun and drops them into an electric eel tank in the floor. More evil agents trail Mr. Turner and Timmy on their drive to school, during which Mr. Turner absentmindedly drives off a cliff. Before the car lands in a lake, Timmy wishes it could transform into a boat, which he drives while Mr. Turner blasts the agents away with the laser turret on it. When the car makes landfall, Sparky appears on another screen and gives Mr. Turner a mission to operate on a scientist's brain. Mr. Turner crashes the car into the hospital, where he not only completes the surgery but also gives the scientist laser vision and a metal arm. He finally drives Timmy to his school, though the school day has just ended.

At home, Timmy sees on the news that the scientist has turned evil from an error during the surgery and is attacking Dimmsdale with the bionic powers Mr. Turner gave him. The scientist breaks into the house and lasers the floor Timmy and Mr. Turner are standing on, making them fall into the kitchen and accidentally release the F.O.E. agents in the eel tank, who have gained the power to shoot electricity. Timmy tells Cosmo and Wanda to make the trouble disappear, but the fairies are knocked into the eel tank when two more agents arrive and the eels short-circuit their wands. Cornered by the villains, Mr. Turner says he misses his old life. His talking about his normal lifestyle bores the agents and the scientist to sleep. He remarks that "maybe being boring isn't so bad after all", then he falls asleep himself. After Mrs. Turner drags him to bed, Timmy tells Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof that the wish is over.
