The Planet of Seemingly Harmless Plants is the location which Timmy went to and brought back a harmful plant. It does not have Air for humans to breathe. He gives the plant to Trixie because it seems harmless.
Information
This planet grows plants which "seem harmless" but truly are harmful. (It is probably in the earthly world and not from a magical place, in contrast to the place where Sparky is from.)
