• It is revealed that there are at least 81,004 Fairies.
  • It is confirmed that Mr. Turner is dumber then Cosmo.
  • This episode reveals the reason why Jorgen does not have a full-time godchild. He takes wishes to such an extreme that the godchild is potentially in danger. This may also be the reason why Winston from an Oh Yeah! Cartoons short, The Zappys, is no longer his godchild. Perhaps he was taken away due to the danger he put Winston in.
  • The rabid beaver which Cosmo calls "Timmy" looks like Eddie, Timmy's dead gerbil.
  • Green flamingoes are meaner than Pink flamingoes. This might be a reference to Cosmo and Wanda, though it is highly unlikely as Wanda is meaner than Cosmo.
  • This is the third time Timmy signed a contract without reading the 'fine print of the contract', the first time being in "Wish Fixers" and the second being in "Timmy TV".
  • From this episode onward, the 2009 Nickelodeon logo appears with the show's logo at the end of the theme song.

Running Gags

  • Cosmo and Mr. Turner constantly trying to find the "real Timmy"
  • Whenever someone (especially Jorgen) tries to wake others up, they hit a bat to a garbage can!
  • Mr. Turner saying he cannot open the door with his mind.
  • Timmy making an extreme wish.

  • When Timmy reads Jorgen Von Strangle’s contract that was signed by him, his eyes move from right to left to see the reading instead of from left to right.
  • At the end, when Timmy is screaming “Woohoo!” while sliding a water hose slide at his yard, thinking that it is a super colossal water slide, his cheek puff on the left freezes for one second.
