Tara Lyn Charendoff-Strong (born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian actress, voice-over artist, comedian, musician, singer, and businesswoman, perhaps best known for voice acting in animated films and television. She voices Timmy Turner and Poof Fairywinkle-Cosma, among many others on The Fairly OddParents. She also works on Ben 10 as Ben Tennyson, The Powerpuff Girls as Bubbles, Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go as Raven, Rugrats as Dil Pickles, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends as Terrence, The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea as Melody, Chowder as Truffles, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic as Twilight Sparkle, Skylanders Giants as Seraphina, Manor School as Alesha a Wilikin, and Drawn Together as Princess Clara and Toot Braunstein.
