Kimmy is a girl version of and looks and even talks like Timmy, and carries a fish bowl containing three goldfish which look identical to Cosmo, Wanda and Poof. There is a possible chance these fish are her fairy godparents, even though they don't have crowns. But it is confusing regarding the Poof-sized goldfish since Poof is the only existing fairy baby besides Foop. It is unknown when or if she'll make another appearance.
Description[]
She wears a pink hat that is identical to the one Timmy wears, and a pink dress. The pink color is a slightly lighter shade than Timmy's color scheme. Her hair is exactly like Timmy's future daughter, Tammy Turner. The rest of her body including her face and eye color is eerily identical to Timmy, with the exception that she has longer eyelashes. Her voice is also identical to Timmy Turner's.

The day before Dimmsdale Elementary School was to have a school dance, Timmy Turner did not have a date. He comforted himself with the thought that his friends didn't have dates either, until he saw that A.J. had created Bride of Frankenstein-looking dates for him, Chester, and Elmer in his lab. Despite this, Timmy was confident that at least Sanjay didn't have a date, until Sanjay came along with Kimmy, a girl almost completely identical to Timmy who was holding a fish bowl. She proudly proclaimed "I have three goldfish!" to which Timmy muttered "Weird." as he walked off. Later on, she was seen dancing with Sanjay in the background at the school dance. She is supposed to be a parody of Timmy Turner.
