Plot[]
Chloe’s goodness is draining The Big Anti-Fairy Wand. Foop goes undercover as a new student at her school to break her.
Synopsis[]
In Anti-Cosmo's Castle, Foop wakes up from his nap and is excited to spread more misery on the Earth. He approaches the window and sees, much to his terror, that his beloved Anti-Fairy World has been turned into a cute and colorful place full of birds, flowers and a big sun in the sky. He says that something has gone terribly right and suddenly he is transported into Anti-Fairy Council Chambers.
Inside, the whole place is overrun by white bunnies. The members of the council tell him that the evil is drained from Anti-Fairy World and its main source of magic - The Big Anti-Fairy Wand. The reason why this is happening is because of Chloe Carmichael's pure goodness. They show him a video clip featuring Chloe taking care of a small eagle until it grows up to be a mature bird. The Anti-Fairy Council tells Foop that she is a threat against everything they stand for and soon her goodness will drain all bad mojo from The Big Anti-Fairy Wand and Anti-Fairies will be doomed living in a world full of bunnies and lollipops. Members of the Anti-Fairy Council order Foop to turn Chloe from good to evil. Foop says that they picked the right person to do this assignment as he is super irritating - and then tells the members that to carry out his mission he will use his pedant to turn into the most demoralizing creature in the whole universe - a popular middle school girl.
Foop teleports from Anti-Fairy World to Dimmsdale Elementary School. Unfortunately, he appears inside a urinal in the boys' restroom which disgusts him. But thanks to his pedant, everybody will see him as awesome, no matter how horribly he acts or how ridiculous he looks. He then leaves the restroom and heads to the classroom.
Inside the classroom, happy Timmy enters the room, and he is shoved by Foop who has a urinal on his head. Angry Timmy stands up and scowls at Foop but due to the Anti-Fairy magic pedant, he immediately becomes hypnotized just like Cosmo and Wanda disguised as a book and backpack. A hypnotized Cosmo says that "the new girl" is awesome and the porcelain urinal on her head is superb, so he wishes to have one - and he creates a urinal on Timmy's back which crushes him. Timmy then says that this new girl will be his future wife and Wanda worries if she likes her. Foop in front of class greets them and tells them that his "name" is Angel. Crocker emerged from the desk and Foop hypnotizes him as well. Foop tells that it's time to take care of "she who has not be named". At this moment Chloe enters into the classroom with an apple for Mr. Crocker which she brought from Fiji just for him. Chloe is happy to meet a new student and says that she will explain everything to her. But much to Chloe's misfortune Foop adds venomous scorpions into Crocker's apple. The terrestrial arachnids immediately attack him, and Crocker is so angry at Chloe that he sends her into school detention. Foop sure thinks that Chloe will be furious, but she remains calm much to his wrath.
Then Timmy and Chloe go to the Dimmsdale Park to help the environment. However, Timmy came because he heard that Angel might be here, and Chloe tells him that she thinks that this Angel girl is up to destroy her. At this moment Cosmo and Wanda appear in human form much to Chloe's confusion. Cosmo tells her that it makes it easier to carry a urinal with gems on his back while Wanda tells her that she now can dress exactly like Angel because she no longer has a sense of self. At this moment Foop appears along with Crocker and other students. He says that he came to the party to ruin it so he brought destroying environment cars which he bought thanks to his dad's credit card. Everyone is happy as they ride around the park but the fumes from the cars kill all plants in the park. Foop says that Chloe will snap but she says that she doesn't believe in hate which causes him to throw up into his mouth a little...
