First and only appearance of Wanda Woman and Super Not-Cosmo
In this episode, Cosmo and Wanda appeared as superheroes.
It is revealed that without the excitement that Cosmo brings, Timmy and Wanda turn British.
This episode aired 85 years after president Jimmy Carter's birth.

The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy - The episode's title is the same one as the title of one episode from Billy & Mandy. Interestingly, the episode premiered on the same day five years prior.

WarioWare: Touched! - The title could be taken from one of the Wario man set of microgames, who shared the same name as the title.

Baby Shower - When Poof bounces on Chet Ubetcha's umbrella, Chet says "It's Raining Babies!" which sounds like a reference to the celebration, Baby Shower.

Dragon Ball Z - When Wanda shows Timmy her musical notes, her hair resembles Super Saiyan's hair.

DC Comics - Super Not-Cosmo and Wanda Woman are clearly spoofs of DC Comics superheroes, Superman and Wonder Woman, respectively.

Batman - Super Not-Cosmo's Secret Lair has a similar appearance to the Batcave.

Pong - The cars descending and ascending bouncing Cosmo into each other is a reference to the game.

The Incredible Mr. Limpet - When Wanda and Timmy are having a food fight as each other while dressed as old fashioned British people, one of the food items on the desk is an eaten fish that bears resemblance to Mr. Limpet.

The Simpsons - Dimmsdale Dam could be a reference to Springfield Dam. Also, Super Not-Cosmo's outfit resembles Homer's Pie Man's outfit from the episode, "Simple Simpson".

When Cosmo hears a cry for help, Timmy's bed always smacks Timmy even he tries to avoid it.
When Wanda asks Cosmo for something, Cosmo would poof up something that would be extremely dangerous and it would proceed to harm Timmy.

Cosmo: (whispers to Poof) Fairies aren't suposed to reveal their existance, and I'm one of those.

Chet Ubetcha: Well, tell us your name.The world wants to know!

Cosmo: Ahhhh....It's not Cosmo...

Chet Ubetcha: Don't you mean: "Super Not-Cosmo" ?

Cosmo: OK!

Wanda: Oh, Cosmo, we're sorry about that.We miss you!

Timmy: Yeah, and it's boring here when you're out...And British.

Timmy: That's an electric walrus!

Wanda: Wanda Woman to the rescue!

Milk Man: I am Milk Man! Delivering torture in three flavor: regular, chocolate and delicious holiday eggnog!

Timmy's Dad: [comes out of the house nude] Did someone said "Eggnog?!"

Wanda: Cosmo, you're not helping! Just go!

Old Lady: It's not my cat!

Cosmo: You're welcome!

Cosmo: I'll change it to...a puppy (poofs up a wolverine)!

Timmy! Ahh! That's a wolverine!
