• This is Dr. Rip Studwell's first appearance since Fairly Odd Fairy Tales as well as his last in the series.
• This is also the last appearance of Fairy World in the series.
• The title of the episode is the same as a Nickelodeon magazine comic book story in 2004.
• The episode made its Nickelodeon debut on April 4, 2018.
• This is the thirty seventh episode since his introduction in Fairly Odd Baby in which Poof does not appear.

Running Gags

• Chloe falling asleep and sleepwishing, apparently for her childhood doll "Gender Neutral Jessie" to come alive and over 2 stories tall.
• Timmy unwishing Chloe's destructive wishes leaving her up in the air, then grabbing a shrub to break her fall, only for her to land on him instead.
• Cosmo and Dr. Rip Studwell believing Wanda to be a man due to her wearing a beard.
• Cosmo's concern for "Bacon", after mistaking a recipe of Dr. Rip Studwell's for a patient.

Continuity & Easter Eggs

• This is the first episode since Dream Goat! to involve sleepwishing.
• Cosmo calls himself Greenbeard, he previously used this alias in the OYC! short, Where's the Wand?.

Goofs

• Timmy unwishes Chloe's wish, but in the episode "The Big Fairy Share Scare" it was revealed that it is against Da Rules.
• Cosmo and Wanda both blatantly appeared in front of Mr. Turner with no attempt to hide or disguise themselves, or acknowledgement of this being problematic.
