He looks like a balding middle aged man, wearing a plaid sports coat over a yellow shirt and a dark blue necktie. He has brown pants and thick framed glasses. Like all fairies he has a crown and wings, although he seems to lack a wand and opts to just use cash instead.

Stan only appears in the episode "The Zappys!", where he is one of the participants for a Zappy award for best overall godparent. He’s the godfather of Sally, a little blonde girl shown to be indifferent to him until he hands her money, to which her mood quickly brightens toward him. They lost the award to Timmy Turner and his godparents, Cosmo and Wanda.
