Timmy and his Squirrel Scout troop are going to climb Mt. Doomsdale, led by his father. But their ascent from boyhood to older boyhood is challenged by the Cream Puffs, a group of girls including Tootie, led by Timmy's mom. The Squirrel Scouts vow to reach the top of the mountain before the girls, but are left on their own to fend off the wilderness when Mr. Turner is blown away by a gust of air. The girls are having a much easier time reaching the top because they are in "harmony" with nature, while Timmy cannot use his fairies to help him because not only is it against Da Rules to cheat in a competition, but Cosmo and Wanda who were disguised as caterpillars were scooped up and eaten by a bird, causing Poof to cry and create a thunderstorm. Sanjay defects to the girls, and Timmy and his friends are ready to call it quits, when they are saved by flying squirrels commanded by Timmy's dad. The girls are starting to get annoyed by the wildlife and their Disney-like singing, when finally Mrs. Turner snaps and screams at the animals, causing them to turn on the girls. The Squirrel Scouts are being carried to the top of the mountain by the flying squirrels when they see the girls fleeing, and Timmy convinces his Dad to help them. The flying squirrels save the girls, and then drop them all into a pool at the top of the mountain. It turns out there is a resort and spa at the summit. The Squirrel Scouts and Cream Puffs play together and relax by the pool, while Mr. and Mrs. Turner are chased from the mountain again by animals.

Cosmo is allergic to nuts in this episode, although he has eaten them before plenty of times without ill effect.
Tootie's glasses are round and colored like Sanjay's/Mr. Crocker's from this episode and beyond. Her glasses are usually only this shape when she's surprised.
In Who's Your Daddy?, Mrs. Turner became a Squirrel Scout yet there is no mention of her connection with them in this episode.
Cosmo is allergic to Nuts,it's making fun of Justin from Wizards of Waverly Place who also is allergic to nuts(Cause they filmed the episode in 2008 and Wizards of Waverly Place was a show in late 2007).
