Sergeant Flinch is a man who works in the military.

When Cosmo accidentally activated the bomb Poof found, Sergeant Flinch told his boss, General McCloud. about it. The General was initially happy about it and told Mr. Crocker's class to watch the island explode and even offered them juice. But when Flinch told him the island was populated, he wanted to deactivate the bomb as there was an elf in there and didn't want to be on Santa's naughty list. But Crocker spilled juice on the controls and Flinch was unable to deactivate it and fortunately, the Turners and the Elf managed to get away in time.
