The Secret Fairy Convention is a gathering of Fairies hosted at a location selected by a randomly chosen host.

The last fairy convention took place in Medieval times and resulted in the Black Death. Binky was chosen to select the next fairy by spinning a wheel, but he underestimated his own strength, and the wheel took several hundred years to stop spinning. The next fairy chosen was Cosmo, who decided to have the next Secret Fairy Convention in Timmy Turner's bathroom, unfortunately at the same time Mr. Crocker was paying a visit.
The fairy must also find a performer to bring to the Secret Fairy Convention, which in Cosmo's case was Britney Britney, although Mr. Crocker stumbled into the bathroom and the fairies mistook him for a performer instead and pelted him with various objects. Jorgen Von Strangle then declared the convention over.
