Foop becomes Vicky's anti-fairy godparent. Vicky and Foop terrorize Timmy and the kids of Dimmsdale. Foop tells Vicky that the reason Timmy has thwarted her all these years is because he has fairy godparents. If they can destroy the fairies, no one will be able to stop them.[1]

The episode starts with Foop alongside three anti fairies deciding on who Foop will become a scary god parent to. They show Vicky, which scares Foop. He has to do it according to them, because otherwise, his baba will zap him. Meanwhile, Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, Poof and Sparky are at a a beach that Timmy poofed up. However, Vicky comes in and Timmy has to poof it away. Vicky then sends in a badger to attack Timmy and states that they won't go to the circus! She then leaves to go watch her show. Cosmo distracts the badger. Then, Timmy wishes up a circus in his room because of what Vicky did. The plan goes well until Vicky sees the circus and immediately suspects Timmy of something when an elephant lands on her. She goes up stairs to see what is going on but gets hit by some hot food. Vicky tells Mr. Turner that Timmy had a circus up stairs but when they go up stairs, they just see Timmy reading a comic book with Sparky asleep on the bed and Timmy's god parents in the fishbowl. Mr. Turner thinks that Vicky is delusional then leaves. Vicky then goes outside, annoyed at the fact that Mr. Turner didn't believe her. Foop then comes and says that he has to be her scary godparent and to grant her every wish. Vicky's first wish is to chain Dinkleberg to Mr. Turner for not paying her! Mr. Turner is annoyed that he is chained to Dinkleberg. Then, she wishes to make everyone miserable and the way she does it is by forcing everyone to practice their tuba. Chet Ubetcha announces that strange things have been happening like how the tuba is attacking the others for not practicing. Timmy alongside Sparky, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof think that it's weird that these things are going on. Then, Timmy uses Cosmo, Wanda and Poof's magic to poof the tubas away, angering Vicky who then threatens Foop! Foop is starting to get a little annoyed. Also, Vicky had forced Foop to have hair of some boy band character that she likes. Vicky then wished for Timmy to have to dance like a ballerina with a monkey. Otherwise, he would get zapped by the monkey. Timmy asked if he can stop but the monkey just zaps him, annoying him. Then, Vicky wishes the children of Dimmsdale into lockers! Timmy uses Cosmo Wanda and Poof to poof the lockers away. Vicky then gets even angrier! Foop also sees that there's a bunch of bats in Vicky's place, creeping him out. Then, Vicky tries to get kids miserable more which is only stopped by Timmy. Vicky then asks Foop why her stuff is being undone and she also locks Foop in a locker for wanting to get away from working with her. Foop responds that it's Timmy's fairy godparents who has been stopping her this whole time. Vicky then gets very angry at that and asks Foop how to stop them. Foop says that he isn't an expert but knows one. They then go to Crocker's house and Crocker shows them how to catch a fairy. Vicky fools Crocker into believing that he can help them and once she figures out that the fairies like rump roast, she gets his rump roast machine. Then, Vicky uses Foop's magic to lock Crocker in a locker. Meanwhile, Timmy alongside Poof, Sparky, Cosmo and Wanda try to figure out who is behind the mishaps that have been created. They then finally figure out that Vicky did it. However, before they can stop her, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof smell the rump roast and thus get attracted to it. They then get trapped by Vicky and Foop, Vicky planning on vaporizing Cosmo, Wanda and Poof! Timmy asks Sparky why he wasn't attracted to it and he responds he doesn't like the stuff. Same goes for Foop when Vicky asks him. Vicky then uses Foop's magic to create monsters underneath kids bedrooms, get rid of birthday parties and more things to make kids miserable. Meanwhile, Mr. Turner is chained to Dinkleberg and is catching balls and is also on a cruise ship with Dinkleberg, annoying him to no end. Vicky and Foop gets away from Timmy and Sparky. Meanwhile, Sparky has to save the day after he hits the paddle ball six times which he fails at doing so. He then comes to Timmy's aid and uses his skills to defeat the monkey to get Timmy free. Then, Timmy and Sparky go over to where Foop and Vicky are. Before they can break in, the tuba comes over to them and Timmy has to practice on the tuba before the tuba attacks them! He then does it but after that, he just put his tuba on top of the bigger one. Then, Timmy and Sparky break in and Timmy convinces Foop to stop helping Vicky after he promises to get him his favorite food. Foop then zaps Vicky and Cosmo, Wanda and Poof are freed at the last second. Foop then gets the stuff he promised and undoes the wishes that were done. One kid said that he was traumatized from the monsters underneath his bed. Then, Mr. Turner is no longer chained to Dinkleberg, which he is thankful for and thus, he forces Dinkleberg to rub his back. The episode ends with Cosmo, Wanda, Poof, Sparky and Timmy back in the house.
