Timmy askes if he can stop but the monkey just zaps him, annoying him. Vicky then uses Foop's magic to create monsters underneath kids beds, get rid of birthday parties and more things to make kids miserable and restore her other wishes. Vicky and Foop get away from Timmy and Sparky. Meanwhile, Sparky has to save the day, but not before hitting the paddle ball six times in a row. He then comes to Timmy's aid and uses his skills to defeat the monkey to get Timmy free. As well as this, the monkey slips on a banana peel, ironically. Scary GodCouple is the tenth episode of Season 9.
Plot
Foop becomes Vicky's anti-fairy godparent. Vicky and Foop terrorize Timmy and the kids of Dimmsdale. Foop tells Vicky that the reason Timmy has thwarted her all these years is because he has fairy godparents. If they can destroy the fairies, no one will be able to stop them.[1]
Synopsis
The episode starts with Foop alongside the Anti-Fairy Council deciding on who Foop will become a scary godparent to. They show Vicky, which scares Foop. He has to do it according to them, because otherwise, his baba will zap him. Meanwhile, Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, Poof and Sparky are at a a beach that Timmy poofed up. However, Vicky comes in and Timmy has to poof it away. Vicky then sends in a rabid badger to attack Timmy and states that they won't go to the circus! She then leaves to go watch her show. Cosmo distracts the badger. Then, Timmy wishes up a circus in his room because of what Vicky did. The plan goes well until Vicky when an elephant lands on her and she immediately suspects Timmy of something. She goes upstairs to see what is going on and sees the circus but gets hit by some hot food. Vicky tells Mr. Turner that Timmy had a circus upstairs but when they go upstairs, they just see Timmy reading a comic book with Sparky asleep on the bed and Timmy's god parents in the fishbowl. Mr. Turner thinks that Vicky is delusional then leaves. Vicky then goes outside, annoyed at the fact that Mr. Turner didn't believe her. Before they can break in, the tubacabra comes over to them and Timmy has to practice on the tuba before the tuba attacks them! He then does it but after that, he gets annoyed and slams his tuba on top of the tubacabra. Then, Timmy and Sparky break in. Vicky then forces Foop to wear a sandpaper diaper! Timmy, with a little trouble, convinces Foop to stop helping Vicky after he promises to get him Chicken Cordon Bleu and a new baba. Foop then zaps Vicky and Cosmo, Wanda and Poof are freed at the last second. Foop then gets the stuff he promised and undoes the wishes that were done. One kid said that he was traumatized from the monsters underneath his bed. Then, Mr. Turner is no longer chained to Dinkleberg, which he is angrily thankful for and thus, he forces Dinkleberg to rub suntan lotion on his hairy back. Meanwhile with Foop, he wishes that the Anti-Fairy Council had sandpaper diapers as they itch a lot. Cosmo, Timmy, Wanda, Poof and Sparky are glad that they are done with Vicky and Foop at least for now. Timmy asks Wanda where she poofed Vicky which Wanda responds, that it's under control. The episode ends with Vicky being forced to dance as a ballerina by the monkey with the tazer in a sandpaper tutu.
