Sally only appears in the episode, "The Zappys!", where she is one of the participants for a Zappy award for best overall godparent. She is the godchild of a fairy named Stan. Sally is shown to be indifferent to him until he hands her cash, to which her mood quickly brightens toward him. They lost the award to Timmy Turner and his godparents, Cosmo and Wanda.
