Wanda and Cosmo turn Roy into an actual puppet. Viv tries to help turn him back into a real boy but it’s against the rules to unwish your sibling’s wish, so it doesn’t work. Roy tries to wish himself back to being a real boy- but Wanda tells him that puppets can’t make wishes. In order to wish Roy back to normal, Cosmo call his ex-girlfriend Brandy-Lynn to help, but Wanda refuses because she hated her.

Rachel and Ty come downstairs and notice that the puppet in the living room looks and sounds a lot like Roy. Rachel and Ty tell their kids that they’re going on The Dimm Factor to try out. They suggest that Viv bring puppet Roy to try out on the show to.

Rachel and Ty run in at the last minute to announce that Viv is going to audition. They put on an impressive performance. The judges are very impressed and offer them a place in the second round. Another failed contestant tries to get Roy the puppet to turn him into chopsticks.

Viv lies to her parents that Roy is sleeping over at a friend’s house. They leave and Roy and Viv talk about how to get him out of this mess. He tells a lie and his nose starts to grow.

The next day, Ty loses his keys in a big pile of gift baskets and he, Viv and Rachel have to dig through it to find them. While they’re searching, the scorned contestant, Calzone, comes in to steal Roynocchio the puppet. Wanda and Cosmo come up to tell Viv that Roy is missing.

Viv sees a door leading them to a Chopstick maker and she runs to go save her brother. They throw a sandwich into the machine to stall Calzone and unlock the box so that Roy can escape.

Wanda agrees to let Cosmo call his ex, Brandy-Lynn, to help get them out of this mess. Brandy-Lynn agrees to turn Roy back if Cosmo gives her a kiss. She admits she was just teasing but instead Roy has to admit a hard truth. He admits that Viv would be a much better president. He turns back to normal.

Wanda and Cosmo kiss. Calzone comes out of The Chopstick Maker and asks Viv where the puppet went. She tells him she got rid of it so he can enter the second round of The Dimm Factor after all. Roy backs out of the presidency and volunteers to nominate Viv. However, she gets zero votes and doesn't win. Nate Buxaplenty wins instead.
