Roy Irene Raskin, also known as Roy is a main character in the first season of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. He is portrayed by Tyler Wladis.

Roy is an eternal optimist with the best intentions. Outwardly, he tends to seem like the quintessential jock: confident, handsome, insanely good at sports. He’s even got his own mobile fan section: “ROY’S BOYS,” who chant his name on the daily whenever Roy’s just being Roy. Quite simply, Roy rules. He’s thrilled when Viv moves to town, and he’s determined to show her that Dimmsdale is an awesome place to live.

Biography

Early life

Roy grew up with his mother, Rachel Raskin. After Rachel got back together with her old high school boyfriend, Ty, Roy gets a new stepfather and a new stepsister named Viv.

Season 1

Roy inadvertently gains Cosmo and Wanda as his fairy godparents when he witnesses Timmy Turner entrusting them to Viv. Throughout the season, Roy gets into trouble with his stepsister, Viv as they make many wishes from Wanda and Cosmo. At the end of the season, Roy and Viv defeat their evil teacher Vicky and save their godparents.

Roy has a very bold, confident personality. He’s very popular at school and gets along easily with everyone. He's very funny and loves to goof around. He is portrayed as the bad wish maker, just like Timmy from the original series. He is very excited about the concept of having a new sibling and readily embraces Viv.

Rachel Raskin

Rachel is Roy's mom, and they share a strong bond. Roy usually calls her "Mommy".

Mr. Raskin

Roy's father is a man who Rachel met in college as a dancer. After the pair got married and had Roy, they got divorced, Roy's father moved to San Francisco with his new boyfriend, with whom he owns his cannoli shop with and Rachel got back together with her old high school boyfriend, Ty leading us to today.

Ty Turner

Ty is Roy's stepfather. They get along well, even going on a "Boy's Weekend".

Viv is Roy's stepsister. He is ready to embrace her as his sister as soon as he meets her.
