Rocky is a rock and the pet of Turbo Thunder.
Information[]
When Turbo was sent to the Blue Moon of Vegon, he was all alone and grew lonely due to solitude. To help alleviate this, he made a friend and called him Rocky. Rocky acted as Turbo Thunder's only companion for a while and, according to Turbo Thunder, gave him advice.
Description[]
Rocky is simply a rock with a smiley face made on a flat side. It is blue, like the rest of the rocks on the Blue Moon.
