Robert Fredrick Paulsen (born March 11, 1956), sometimes credited as Rob Paulson, is an American voice actor who voices Mark Chang, King Gripullon, Happy Peppy Gary, Bucky McBadbat, and additional voices. He also did Jack Fenton, The Box Ghost, and Technus in Danny Phantom, Young Hathi In Walt Disney's Jungle Cubs, Pinky in Pinky and the Brain, Fat Crow and Trigger from "Dwarves, Crows & Vultures, P.J. Pete in Goof Troop (1992), A Goofy Movie (1995), and An Extremely Goofy Movie (2000), Peck from Back at the Barnyard, Yakko in Animaniacs, Spike, Chomper, Strut, Rinkus, Guido and Thud in The Land Before Time, Banzai in Timon and Pumbaa, Bird Brain in T.U.F.F. Puppy, Broocoli Overlord in The High Fructose of Annoying Orange, Chief in The Fox and The Hound 2, & Reuben (Experiment 625) in the Lilo & Stitch series. He also voices Carl Wheezer from the Jimmy Neutron franchise and, Raphael in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 series and Donatello from TMNT 2012 series.
