Mr. Turner lost his Squirrely Scout group between Season 9 and Season 10, but after buying his way back in, he got a new group of campers, which included Ricky.

He has a round head and curly orange hair and eyebrows. He wears light brown glasses and has green eyes. He is only seen wearing the Squirrely Scouts uniform.
Background[]
He was seen with the rest of the scouts near the beginning of Girly Squirrely singing the Squirrely Scout Credo. He then wonders if they are going to be eaten by Stinkfoot. Later on, while they were gathering around Chloe, he fell into quicksand.
Later on, when hiking up Mount Stinkfoot, the scouts all fall down the hill and land on Chloe, and Ricky thinks that she now controls his brain based on a rumor Kevin mentioned earlier in the episode. Mr. Turner says that there's not much brain to control.
