"Remy Rides Again" is the sixteenth episode of Season 5.
Synopsis[]
Remy Buxaplenty returns from the deserted island and has a diabolical plan to get Timmy Turner to become his friend and spend more time with him, but just so he could get rid of his godparents for good. However, we then find out that the plan was not all Remy's idea after all.
Plot[]
Timmy, Chester, and A.J. are eating lunch outside school when Remy Buxaplenty shows up in a super-long limousine. Meeting Timmy for the first time since losing to him in a Magical Duel, he apologizes for being rude to him in the past and says he will be his new best friend. At home, Timmy tells Cosmo and Wanda about his day: He and Remy went to an arcade, saw a movie in Hollywood, go-karted at Daytona Beach, and imported pizza from Italy. Wanda reminds him that she and Cosmo could do that for him, and he answers: "Not in public! That's why Remy's so cool—he has the magic of money!"
Timmy makes Remy his new best friend.
The next day, at school, Mr. Crocker teases Timmy for writing on his homework that the sum of two and two is five. Remy hires Stephen Hawking to demonstrate that two plus two can equal five if one uses "pretransitive imaginary binomials". Hawking gives Crocker an F and scorches him as he rides away on his rocket-powered wheelchair. During lunchtime, Remy treats Timmy to a meal of steak, ice cream and pastries, courtesy of his personal chef. In the evening, Vicky does not come to babysit Timmy since Remy paid to have her sent into space. Instead, a Mary Poppins–like woman named Susie Califragilistic comes and invites Timmy to make cookies.
Timmy returns home from a dinner date with Trixie, whom Remy bribed to go out with him, as Cosmo and Wanda are about to leave. Wanda explains that Timmy has become too happy to need Fairy Godparents and so they have been reassigned to another godchild. Remy comes out of hiding and says that his vengeance plot has worked. Remy wanted to get revenge on Timmy for his wish that stranded him and his parents on a desert island, which did not help him spend time with his parents as Timmy intended thanks to Mr. Buxaplenty finding oil on the island and Mrs. Buxaplenty starting a luxury resort. Once a purple coconut on the island hit Remy on the head, he started to regain his memories of having a fairy, at which point he started to plan revenge. In the present, the coconut reveals itself to be Juandissimo Magnifico, who admits that he took pity on Remy and returned his memories to him as part of his own plan to become his godparent again after months of working odd jobs in Fairy World. Jorgen appears and says that this was all his planning. One of Juandissimo's jobs was being a cook at Jorgen's favorite diner, and Jorgen wanted to get rid of him because he hates his food. Jorgen allows Timmy to keep Cosmo and Wanda and punishes Remy by forcing him to only eat meals Juandissimo makes. Timmy summarizes the situation: "It was Jorgen's plot to get Juandissimo to plot to get Remy to plot to make me lose my fairies!"
To end the episode, Stephen Hawking reappears and says goodbye to the viewers. Mr. Crocker runs after him claiming to have proof that two plus two is in fact equal to six.
