Rachel Raskin-Turner, also known as Rachel Raskin, is a main character in the first season of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. She’s portrayed by Laura Bell Bundy.
Rachel is Roy’s beautiful, confident, loud mom. She was recently reunited with Ty, her high school sweetheart, and is happy to welcome both Ty and Viv into the family. Rachel literally dances through life without a care in the world - no, seriously, she and Ty are opening a ballroom dance studio!

Early life[]
Rachel dated Ty back in high school but they broke up and she had her son, Roy Raskin, with someone else. Rachel ended up getting back together with Ty and moving in with him and his daughter.
Season 1[]
Rachel and Ty own a dance studio together. They love to participate in town events like parades and cookie competitions. They both take care of their children, Viv and Roy.
Personality[]
Rachel has an eccentric personality. She’s very upbeat and energetic and her personality resembles that of a dog at times. She has a darker side as she can be very critical, particularly of her stepdaughter Viv.
