Fairy Queen Titania, along with her husband King Oberon, is a former ruler of Fairy World, according to the video game The Fairly OddParents: Shadow Showdown. She takes exception to Wanda calling her and her husband figure heads. She speaks in a very stereotypical royal English accent. She's fond of telling other people "Silence!". As with King Oberon, her canoncity is, at best, questionable.

As with all video game characters, the canonicity of Oberon and Titania is very questionable, as her only known appearance was within the game.
She is based on the character of the same name from "A Midsummer's Night Dream" by William Shakespeare.
