Phil LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, comedian and voice actor. One of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv, he is also known for his small, but memorable role as Marvin in Pulp Fiction. He is also known for many other voice roles, including Hermes Conrad on Futurama, Virgil Ovid Hawkins on Static Shock, and the titular character and Mad Jack on Samurai Jack. He also voiced Hector Con Carne on Evil Con Carne; Ollie Williams on Family Guy; Goigoi on The Lion Guard; Dracula on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy; Sig, Count Veger and G.T. Blitz in Jak and Daxter; Kit Fisto on Star Wars: The Clone Wars; and Bolbi Stroganovsky on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.

He guest starred as Mr. Pfeiffer in "Fairy Friends & Neighbors!", Denzel Washington in "Fairly Old Parent" and Boodles the invisible dog in the crossover episode "Beast of Friends".
