Pan (Greek Πάν, genitive Πανός), in Greek religion and mythology, is the olympian god of shepherds and flocks, of mountain wilds, hunting and rustic music, as well as the companion of the nymphs.

His name originates within the Greek language, from the word paein (Πάειν), meaning "to pasture." Pan appears in The Fairly OddParents in a brief part of the episode, Boys in the Band, where he is poofed up as a member of Cosmo's band, The Fairies. He is able to play the pan flute.

He has the hindquarters, legs, and horns of a goat, in the same manner as a faun or satyr.

When Timmy Turner sabotaged Chip Skylark's concert at the Dimmadome by having Vicky capture him and hold him hostage, the crowd at the concert began to get wild and angry which causes Chip to be hurt his own guilt. While Timmy was figuring out a way to free Chip from Vicky due to her being in love with Chip, he sent Cosmo to distract the crowd until Timmy can get Vicky to not like Chip anymore. Cosmo poofed up a band called "The Fairies", and Pan was one of the members, whose instrument was playing the pan flute. He got pelted by tomatoes along with his band members until Timmy arrived with Chip. He and the rest of his band then participated in the Icky Vicky song. He had no lines in the episode, and has not appeared since.
