  • This is also the first time Timmy's house was absent since Dad Overboard.
• Since Chloe is obsessed with the human anatomy, she might have endosomatophilia, which is the love of the inside of the human body.

• Denzel Crocker unknowingly wishing for things while he has the Fairy Flu.
• Chloe getting excited about seeing parts of the human anatomy while traveling inside Denzel Crocker's body.

Continuity & Easter Eggs

• This is the first time the Fairy Flu is mentioned in the main series. It was previously mentioned in "The Fairy Flu!", an episode of Oh Yeah! Cartoons.
• This is the seventh time Timmy has been shrunken by magical means, and the first since I Dream of Cosmo.
  • In addition, this is the first time Chloe has been shrunken by magical means.
• This is the second time that both segments have the same title card music. It's sister episode, "Animal Crockers", has the same music. The first was Finding Emo and Dust Busters.
• This is the first time for both title cards to have the character's name in it. In this case, it's Mr. Crocker.

Goofs

• When Principal Waxelplax sees tiny Timmy, Chloe, Cosmo, and Wanda on her desk, she says "One of them has green hair and a bowl of soup." (referring to Cosmo). But Cosmo actually didn't have his bowl of soup with him.
• AJ has long sleeves, and his shoes are the same color as his pants when he leaves the classroom.
