Mr. Turner: [offscreen] Hurry! It's time for our favorite TV show! [the Turners sit on the living room couch, with Timmy bringing Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof's fishbowl. The Turners are in costumes; Mr. Turner and Timmy have mustaches]
Turners: C.C. Cruiser and the Hot Rod Squad! [on TV, C.C. Cruiser has been tied up and left by lit dynamite. He breaks out of the ropes and drives away before the dynamite explodes]
TV Announcer: C.C. Cruiser and the Hot Rod Squad. [an explosion fills the TV screen. C.C. smiles at the camera]
Timmy: A show filled with so much sporty, racy action, even my fish love it! [the fairies put mustaches on and twirl "CC" flags]
Mr. Turner: Who doesn't love a show about a hot guy loner who solves crime with his cool talking car named Rodd?
Rodd: Turbo brakes activated.
Mrs. Turner: Don't forget about the hot yet smart scientist, Dr. Tina Tune-up. [Tina, who matches Mrs. Turner's costume, gets in Rodd] She made the car and fights for equality in a male-dominated world.
Timmy: And don't forget about the totally awesome freeze frames! [Rodd drives out of an exploding building, and the screen briefly freezes]
C.C. Cruiser: Mustaches are cool.
Dr. Tina Tune-up: And I'm hot yet smart. [a truck jumps over Rodd]
Rodd: C.C., the kidnapped circus monkey is in that truck. [Mr. and Mrs. Turner gasp. The trucker with the monkey laughs evilly]
C.C.: It's time to rock 'n' road. [he drives under the truck and uses a laser to cut a hole around the monkey so that it falls into Tina's hands]
Tina: You saved the monkey, C.C. And mustaches are cool. [kisses C.C. He uses a grappling hook to remove the truck's chassis, and the screen briefly freezes. The truck falls off a bridge and explodes]
Trucker: [offscreen] I need a tow truck!
C.C.: Well, it looks like we're done... monkeying around. [he, Tina, and the monkey laugh. "A Dimmstar production" appears onscreen. Everyone in the living room jumps up cheering and freezes in midair]
Mrs. Turner: [through clenched teeth] Can we unfreeze now?
Mr. Turner: [through clenched teeth] Five more seconds. [fade to Timmy entering his room]
Timmy: Oh, man! I wish I could drive a cool talking car like C.C. Cruiser! [the fairies turn back to normal]
Wanda: But, Timmy, you're ten and you don't have a driver's license.
Cosmo: Or a car.
Timmy: But I do have fairy godparents!
Wanda: Oh, okay, I see where you're going with this. Hang on, Timmy! [he puts on sunglasses, and she poofs him to a mechanical car ride]
Lame Car Voice: Time to rock and road.
Timmy: This is not what I had in mind. I wish we were back home! [the wish is granted] And I wish I had a real talking car like C.C., filled with cool buttons, gadgets, and the need for speed!
Cosmo: Step aside, wifey, and let a reckless man handle this wish! [turns into a car]
Timmy: Awesome! [a mustache appears on his face] And I've got a mustache that's cool!
Cosmo: And I'm Carsmo! And I've got gas! But it's the good kind! [flatulates] Okay, I have the bad kind, too.
Wanda: Oh, what the heck? Could be fun. [with her wand, she puts herself in a Tina Tune-up sort of costume] I'm Dr. Wanda Tune-up! And I've got Poof in a super-safe car seat!
Poof: Poof poof! [seatbelts and a lap bar appear on the seat. Wanda appears next to him and buckles up. Timmy appears in the driver's seat]
Wanda: But, Timmy, you can't drive in Dimmsdale! It's against the law!
Cosmo: Laws? Where we're going, we don't need laws! [makes a portal to Fairy World appear]
Timmy: Yeah! Time to rock 'n' road! [drives through the portal]
Announcer: A kid from another world, a car that's out of this world, and a wish to drive a car around Fairy World with mustaches and jump stuff. T.T. Cruiser! [Poof cries. Wanda presses a button that makes a mechanical arm put a baby bottle in his mouth, and he calms down] Dr. Wanda Tune-up! [Cosmo shouts and stops behind a tow truck at a railroad crossing being used by a train filled with explosives. He smiles] Carsmo the Cool Car! [Cosmo jumps the train and it explodes. Everything freezes] In The Odd Squad! [Cosmo lands]
Timmy: Awesome! We've peeled out, jumped stuff, and freeze-framed just like C.C. Cruiser! Now all we need is a turbo-charged mystery to solve!
Wanda: No, you need to look at the road! [Timmy screams as he sees he is driving toward a fence. Cosmo crashes through multiple yards and comes to a stop, then coughs out a mailbox labeled "Cosma"]
Cosmo: Good, cause I got to change my oil, if you know what I mean.
Wanda: And I'm gonna drop off Poof before this wish gets too dangerous. Mama Cosma, can you watch— [she and Timmy enter the house and gasp]
Timmy: The place has been ransacked!
Cosmo: [drives through a wall] And Mama's gone!
Timmy: Hey, this is just like episode 213, "A Bridge over Troubled Lava", where C.C.'s grandma gets nabbed by bad dudes, and they threaten to lower her off a bridge into a volcano if C.C. doesn't... back off!
Cosmo: We gotta save my mama from the lava!
Wanda: Calm down, Carsmoron. She probably just tore the place up looking for a coupon, then went shopping.
Timmy: I don't think so. [uncovers and picks up a note]
Wanda: A mysterious note that says "Bridge, 7 p.m."?
Cosmo: We've gotta get to that bridge! [cries] And I need more crying fluid.
Timmy: Then it's time to rock 'n' road! [jumping into the driver's seat] Again! [backs out, making another hole in the wall] Hah. Sorry.
Wanda: You're too young to drive!
Timmy: I just need some practice! I'm a great driver! [he starts driving through Fairy World offscreen, crashing into things and collapsing buildings. Cosmo screams]
Wanda, Cosmo and Timmy: Whoa, watch it! Watch it! ... Turn around! ... Cosmo, look out! / Oop! Sorry! ... That's not my fault! I didn't do that! / Maybe you should stop nagging me! You're not helping! That building was old anyway. Who put that tree there? My bad. [Cosmo, now worn-out, pants and stops on the Fairy World bridge. He magically repairing himself by shaking around]
Timmy: Well, this is the bridge. It's 7 p.m., and Mama's not here.
Cosmo: I want my mama! I feel so alone!
Timmy: Not anymore! [a truck is approaching from ahead] We've got company! [starts driving away] Yes! This is just like episode 221, "Earth, Wind & You're Fired", where an evil trucker tries to run C.C. off the road so he'll... back off! [the truck approaches]
Wanda: Hit Cosmo's turbo-speed boost button! [Timmy presses a button that makes Cosmo bring out cotton candy]
Cosmo: That's my cotton candy button. [Timmy tosses the cotton candy away and presses a button that makes a puppet come out] Nope, puppet show.
Puppet: Hi, kids! I'm Cappy Bing Bing! [Timmy presses a button that makes a mechanical arm put a baby bottle in his mouth]
Cosmo: Uh, bottle warmer.
Wanda: Ooh, I need that. [takes the bottle]
Timmy: [to Cosmo] You could have labeled these buttons, you know! [the truck approaches, and he screams] I wish the truck was gone! [the wish is granted. Cosmo stops]
Wanda: So, what would C.C. Cruiser do now?
Timmy: This is usually the part in the show where C.C. finds a lovely local woman who eventually helps him solve the crime! And I think I see her now. Hello, lovely lady! [the supposed lady is Juandissimo]
Juandissimo: It takes one to know one. Nice wheels, Timmy. Wanda, you look hot yet smart.
Wanda: Juandissimo, we're looking for Mama Cosma. Have you seen her?
Juandissimo: Yes. I saw her at a Chinese restaurant just moments ago.
Cosmo: Hang on, Mama! We're coming!
Juandissimo: Wait! I must first warn you.
Timmy: About what?
Juandissimo: [looking in Cosmo's side-view mirror] That objects in your mirror are even hotter than they appear, hmm?
Wanda: [dryly] Got it. Move it, sport! [Timmy drives to the restaurant Chop R. Suey]There's a space! [Timmy crashes through the restaurant, and people run out screaming]
Timmy: I think I'm really getting' the hang of this driving thing! [a chandelier falls]
Cosmo: Mama's not here! They must have taken her away!
Timmy: Whoa! This is just like episode 345, "Roll the Pork-Fried Dice", where C.C. uncovers a gaming ring in a Chinese restaurant, and they use karate to take his girl so he'll... back off! And he finds a very important clue hiding in a fortune cookie. [opens a fortune cookie; reading] "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." My lucky numbers are 12, 5, 34, and 21. This can only mean one thing.
Cosmo: That Mama must be where there are horses and lucky numbers!
Timmy: Exactly. [hears the truck approaching] Turbo speed boost, go! [presses a button on Cosmo that makes action music play]
Cosmo: That's my turbo chase music button!
Timmy: That works, too. [drives off. Cut to a horse race. Timmy drives onto the track and after the racehorses. The audience screams]
Cosmo: There's Mama! [what appears to be Mama Cosma's hair is on a racing centaur]
Timmy: Ooh, this is just like episode 241, "Horse Meat", where C.C.'s forced over the border on horseback and...
Wanda: Just get Mama before she falls off the horse!
Timmy: It's time to rock 'n' ro...deo! [presses a button that makes Cosmo lasso the racers]
Cosmo: Hey, you pressed the right button that time! I mean, [stopping] whoa, horsie! [the racers are forced to a stop as the lasso is pulled taut, launching the riders] Don't worry, Mama! We've got you now! [hoists the centaur]
Centaur: No, you got my tail and made all of us lose the race! [Jorgen appears]
Jorgen: What is going on here? [sniffs] Smells like horsemeat and Turner! You are the car-driving idiots who have been destroying Fairy World?
Timmy: But, Jorgen, Mama Cosma is missing! Someone nabbed her and tried to run us off the road, so we'll... back off and...
Jorgen: Mama Cosma? I've been at her house since 7! We're having our weekly game of bridge!
Wanda: Did you say bridge? At 7?
Timmy: Uh, you're not by chance a fan of C.C. Cruiser?
Jorgen: C.C. what?
Timmy: We're dead. [fade to Mama Cosma's house]
Mama Cosma: You thought I was Mama-napped? [to Cosmo] And it was you who drove through my wall?
Cosmo: But your house was in shambles and... and... Blame Timmy. [lifts him up]
Mama Cosma: That's because I tore it up looking for my free dinner coupon at Chop R. Suey's.
Jorgen: Then she came back here to play bridge!
Timmy: Well, what about that mad trucker who was chasing us to get us to... back off? [the truck pulls up, and Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda recoil]
Female Truck Driver: Hey, I just wanted to let you know your left brake light is out, and those mustaches are cool! Bye! [drives off]
Timmy: Man, we were way off!
Jorgen: And you are to stop driving in Fairy World forever! [yawns] and you've kept me up past my bedtime! [poofs into pajamas and poofs up a teddy bear] Now, everyone, good night! [disappears]
Wanda: Well, I guess that's the end of T.T. Cruiser and the Odd Squad.
Jorgen: [screams and reappears] My teddy, Mr. Winky! He's gone! Someone stole my cuddly boo! [he is holding up a photo of him sleeping with Mr. Winky]
Timmy: Then it's time to rock 'n' road! [his teeth glint, and he jumps into the driver's seat. Poof, Wanda, Mama Cosma, and Jorgen appear in the back and put on mustaches. Timmy drives out of the house and into the air, and everyone in Cosmo cheers. Everyone freezes in midair]
Jorgen: [through clenched teeth] How long do we have to stay in freeze frame?
Timmy: [through clenched teeth] Just until we fade to black. [iris out on his face. The end title card is shown. Fade to black]
