O show do ano (The Show of the Year in Portuguese) is a Fairly OddParents comic story printed in issue #329 of the Brazilian magazine Revista Recreio.
Story[]
The plot follows Timmy wishing to be the first in line to the concert of "The Lalás", a band that's famous at the moment for the song "Lá Lá Lá". Timmy enjoys the song and the band, but the main reason he wants to go to the concert is because Trixie will be there. Right before the show is about to start, the concert is cancelled because the vocalist allegedly got an ingrown toenail. Cosmo finds it weird and, having bought an encyclopaedia about the band, discovers that the vocalist once realized a concert with an ingrown toenail and a piano falling on his head, so the nail would be no reason for the show to be cancelled. As Timmy leaves, he discovers the band refuses to do the show because the drummer went missing. Timmy then wishes for the drummer to appear and she appears frozen, inside an ice cream fridge. Her disappeareance was caused due to her wanting to buy ice cream and falling inside the freezer. When Timmy goes after Trixie to tell her the show would happen, he discovers she's over "The Lalás" and is now a big fan of the newest most famous band at the moment, "The Lelés" and their song "Lé Lé Lé". Timmy gets sad, but as the band members are grateful for him finding the drummer, they invite him to sing with The Lalás on stage.

Trivia[]
- Differently from the other stories printed in the following issues of Recreio, this story shows no credits for writing, storyboard or art. Also, this story is remarkable for some inconsistencies:
- Several coloring errors
- Presenting Trixie with a design completely different from her canonical appeareance
- The missing girl from the band is said to be the drummer, but in the last panel she can be seen playing guitar, with the drummer being a man.
