Not Timmy is a minor character from The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish. He's a middle-aged man shown doing various jobs throughout Dimmadelphia.
His character's appearance is a homage to Timmy Turner's adult form in The Big Problem!, and was confirmed to not be the actual Timmy by series writers[1].

The man looks very much like a middle aged version of Timmy Turner; he has balding brown hair, blue eyes and buck teeth. He is overweight and has a stubble. Due to him constantly changing jobs, he wears a different outfit in almost every appearance.
Personality[]
Not much is known about this man as he appears only in cameos, but it's implied he may be a fan of the Crimson Chin much like the actual Timmy Turner.
