Not much is known about Mrs. Velasquez currently, though in Teacher's Pal, Cosmo jokes that she must have been pretty immature to start with even before they granted Hazel's wish to befriend her teachers, as while Mr. Guzman and Mrs. Mack regress to maturity of younger elementary school students, Mrs. Velasquez regresses to pre-K level.
