Mr. Raskin[1], is a mentioned character in the first season of The Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder. He is the ex-husband of Rachel Raskin and the father of Roy Raskin.

"Back to the Scooter"[]
Mr. Raskin is mentioned by Roy when he and Viv find out they aren't born because of the time travel they did. Roy says that his father and Rachel met in college, both as dancers. After the pair had Roy, they seperated, Roy's father moved to San Francisco with his new boyfriend, with whom he owns a cannoli shop with, and Rachel got back together with Ty leading us to today.[1]
