When Mr. Turner provided the voice of the puppet of Mrs. Turner, the voice sounded like Cosmo.

Goof: Mrs. Turner tells Timmy that if she predicts weather that destroys the town, the townsfolk would have to run her out of the destroyed town. However, the townsfolk only do that if the weather anchor gets the weather wrong. If she correctly predicts the weather destroys the town, they won't run her out of the town.
Jell-O - Gelatin Brand Gelatin is a reference to the jelly brand, being a generic term for any gelatin in the market.
Mother Nature - "Mother Nature" is a term referring to the weather and is described as a woman controlling the weather. This may refer to Mrs. Turner making all her weather predictions come true, thus making her control what the weather does for the day.
Mr. Turner and Cosmo using a puppet version of their wife when they find something that goes wrong and the husband blames the wife for it.
Timmy: Err...(chuckles) Dad said the funniest thing yesterday, and by funny, I mean creepy... and with a puppet.
(trying to prevent an earthquake from destroying Dimmsdale, Timmy notices a plate of jello with a piece of broccoli in it)
Timmy: No matter how much it jiggles, the broccoli always stays in place! That's it! I wish Dimmsdale was surrounded by vegetable-brand gelatin. (Cosmo and Wanda then poof a giant gelatin-brand vegetable gelatin on Dimmsdale)
Mr. Turner: Wow, she's good, she predicted weather that defied the laws of physics!
Mom Puppet: I know what that means. You think she's prettier than me!
Mom Puppet: I think you're being too harsh on Timmy.
Mr. Turner: (spits out water) Oh, sure! Take his side!
Timmy: No amount of therapy will ever make this moment OK.
Mrs. Turner: [after noticing the angry mob outside] Would you like me to autograph your pitchforks and torches? [The mob gets ready to chase her]
Cosmo: You've only been gone 15 seconds. You think he might be worried.
Mr. Turner: EH; WHERE WERE YOU? THERE WAS A 15 SECOND PERIOD I HAD NO IDEA WHERE YOU WERE!
