Missy is a classmate of Timmy Turner at Dimmsdale Elementary School that first appeared in Season 9.

Missy is a young girl who first appeared at Timmy's school in the episode "Finding Emo". She appears to be at least somewhat popular with some of the boys, which including Timmy, who has a crush on her.
Description
She has long strawberry blonde hair that is tied with a pink bow, and small bangs. She wears a somewhat old fashioned, doll-ish looking light blue and white dress with matching light blue shoes and pink socks.

Though she had only appeared in "Finding Emo" by the moment, much of her personality has already been revealed throughout the episode. She appears to be very sensible, which is the reason that she likes sensitive guys. Because she's sensitive, she is very friendly and kind to everybody, without caring about their way to be.

Missy also likes being with female friends. She also appears to correspond Timmy's crush on her, and likes Timmy for who he is, which made Timmy happy in the end of the episode.
Background
Missy first appearance is in "Finding Emo", in which Timmy falls in love for her, and wishes to become different kinds of boys trying to impress her, including the "emo" type.
By the end of the episode Missy says she "likes" Timmy, and they both hold hands and go out. It's not sure if Missy does love Timmy the same way Tootie does, who is usually obsessed with him. This is also unknown if Timmy being in love with Missy means he has forgotten Trixie, who he used to have a crush on, and occasionally warms up to him, usually when he displays honesty and bravery. At this point, it's even unknown if Missy is going to have new appearances in the future.

- She somewhat resembles Goldie Goldenglow, a fairy baby that Poof fell in love with.
- She is Timmy's third love-interest, after Trixie and Tootie.
- She also resembles Carly, the woman Timmy briefly met on Five Days of F.L.A.R.G
