Allusions
- Superman - Mr. Turner and Mrs. Turner's secret identity costumes are a reference to Clark Kent, the secret identity of Superman.
- Spider-Man - The powers of Timmy senses and spider snot are a reference to Spider-Man's "spidey senses" and "spider shot".
- Wonder Twins - The morphing power is a reference to the Wonder Twins' power.
- Galactus, Devourer of Worlds - Galactimus, Eater of Planets is a reference to the Marvel Comics character.

Goofs
- When Timmy says "They just can't do it all!", the captions display it as "They just can't give it up!".
- In this episode, Mr. Turner is seen working at a company called Big Co. But in The Boss Of Me, he is seen working at Pencil Nexus. Although it could be that he was fired, or he resigned Big Co. to go to Pencil Nexus.
- The correct way to say this sentence is. "Bye, Timmy! Have a nice day at School!" but due to lack of sleep this is how it was said. "Bye, school! Have a nice day at Timmy!"
- In the Dutch dub, when Wanda asks "Which ones?" her mouth moves, but no dialogue is heard. This is because Marloes Van Der Heuvel (the Dutch voice of Wanda) forgot to dub the line in Dutch during the episode's dubbing in 2003.
